As Registered Surveyors we are able to undertake boundary surveys which may include:
Boundary marking. - Marking of boundaries for fencing, neighbour disputes. - Provides a clear location of your boundary marked on the ground with a sketch plan showing nature of marks placed and offset distance from nearby features.
House setout. - Interpetation and Input of house design from architects plans. - Calculation of boundaries from plans made available at the Land Titles Office. - Placement of marks at offset to the proposed residence. (these marks may be used to guide the builder in the construction of footings as well as walls) - Transfer of level datum to proximity of works. - Options to mark the position of walls on the poured footings. (second visit)
Identification / check surveys. - Identification survey and report for transfer and sale of land. - Check surveys during and after construction to satisfy approval authority requirements.
Re-definition and consolidation surveys. - Often required if the property is to be re-developed. - Strongly recommended in older areas with indefinite boundary positions, particularly if the subject property is Old System. - A modern plan of survey registered at the Land Titles Office will protect your investment and will add value to the property often far exceeding the cost of survey.
Easement Surveys. - Easement surveys can be created for a number of reasons. - Familiar easements include Rights Of Carrigeway (allowing another user, often a neighbour to drive accross property), Easement to drain water etc
